Employee Discipline

The project should examine a human resource issue that has been problematic in the student’s current or past workplace and offer a current or potential solution(s).

The paper should be prepared as if it was an internal consulting report to be presented to the organization’s decision makers.

The paper must include the following ALL sections:

I. Title Page
II. Table of Contents
III. Abstract
IV. Statement of Issue (What is the issue/problem you are addressing and why)
V. History of the Issue
VI. Literature Review of the existing literature on this topic
VII. Possible Alternatives/Solutions to the problem(s).
VIII. Recommendations
IX. Conclusions
X. References
XI. Appendix – video are acceptable but, everything must be cited properly or you will receive a zero.

The paper must be double-spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman font, in APA style, with at least FIVE scholarly– peer-reviewed references. You may use any number of outside resources, but you may NOT Wikipedia, scribd.com; and other students’ papers.

Each paper must be at least 8 and no more than 10 pages of narrative content (NOT INCLUDING the title, table of contents, abstract and reference pages). Any papers that have been written in part or whole by others (particularly without citations or proper citations) will result in either a zero for the assignment or a zero for the course.

All research projects will be checked for plagiarism via Turnitin.

Plagiarism is not tolerated at all, and the burden is on the student to ensure that he or she does not intentionally or unintentionally plagiarize.
