Research Summary

The purpose of this assignment is to provide a synthesis of the academic/scholarly literature written on work-life initiatives by accredited scholars and researchers. You will be required to select one work-life initiative (flextime, job sharing, eldercare, etc.) and complete a literature review by locating journal articles that address that initiative.

You should summarize the key issues related to this initiative. Use the ISU library’s database to locate journal articles. Your review should be a minimum of 5 pages, not including title page or reference page. You should have at least 3 scholarly references.
