PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ ability to select and evaluate TWO (2) different types of non-monetary compensation with the aim of enhancing the physical, emotional, physiological and social conditions of the employees.
Tujuan tugasan ini ialah untuk mempertingkatkan kebolehan pelajar-pelajar untuk memilih dan menilai DUA (2) jenis pampasan bukan kewangan yang berlainan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keadaan fizikal, emosi, psikologi dan sosial pekerja
REQUIREMENT
Select and evaluate TWO (2) different types of non-monetary compensation with the aim to enhance the physical, emotional, physiological and social conditions of the employees in your organisation or an organisation that you are familiar with.
Pilih DUA (2) jenis pampasan bukan kewangan yang berlainan dan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keadaan fizikal, emosi, psikologi dan sosial pekerja di dalam organisasi anda atau organisasi yang anda kenali.
