You are required to: Write a report based on your company visit report during sem 2. In the report you should introduce the companies that were present/you visited during your session. You need to explain what you have learnt about their market, sector or job etc., and how might this affect your future plans and direction. You also need to consider and discuss the outcome of your psychometric test, and what did you learn about yourself, and your possible suitability or readiness for your job/career. Have you changed your mind following the test and the responses and feedback received from the employers? What are your developmental plans to either meet your predetermined job’s requirements or to target a new job/sector based following the panel and psychometric test?
