and evaluation. Using material provided in class evaluate the following aspects of your agency:
Use Exercise 4-1, Analyzing an Organization’s Budget (Meyers), Questions 1 – 11 to evaluate the agency. Answer all the questions!
Analyze your results: What can you say about this agency’s budget system?
What does the information you gathered tell you about this agency?
Compare the agency’s stated goals to what is actually done daily (the perceived goals)
