Evaluate Training and Performance Needs
Apply the HPI Model from performance analysis to write an evaluation plan for your selected organization (HOSPITAL). Select one or more of the performance interventions or Work/Life Approaches explored in your readings, and then compose a training plan using ADDIE or another model to introduce the intervention in the workplace. Be sure your evaluation addresses the following:
- An evaluation plan for the training initiative.
- A change plan and model for the initiative.
- Recommendations concerning the organization’s approach to training and performance improvement to maximize workplace performance by reducing performance gaps and remaining aware of gender and cultural differences.
Length: 10 pages not including title and reference page
References: Minimum of 8 scholarly resources.
Make sure that this is not written like a book report. Please make sure that it is written as a scholarly paper that reflects each of the above points to include the rationale behind the selections/interventions.
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
