Be sure your evaluation addresses the following:

  • An evaluation plan for the training initiative.
  • A change plan and model for the initiative.
  • Recommendations concerning the organization’s approach to training and performance improvement to maximize workplace performance by reducing performance gaps and remaining aware of gender and cultural differences.

Length: 10 pages not including title and reference page
References: Minimum of 8 scholarly resources.
