This adult spouse can do the following: Make sure to keep an eye on the spouse; help to restore memory; get family members, friends, and a nurse to help out; feeding, and regular checkups.

It’s essential to a person’s well-being. The decision to retire involves the loss of occupational identity with no obvious replacement for that loss. Not having a specific job anymore means we either put that aspect of our lives in the past tense. Having friends helps.

The cost of Social Security will rise faster than tax income because the population over age 65 will grow faster than the working-age population. The retirement age will also increase dramatically.

A spouse could accommodate the decline associated with Alzheimer’s disease by reaching out to support groups or educational programs in order to understand what approach would be best to make. I think the spouse can also ensure their health is in order to better help the spouse. Also, providing a comfortable and safe environment to the spouse can also make a difference.

I believe the age of retirement will increase. I also believe that in the future there may be little no social security due to the cost and taxes. The baby boomers will be the ones effected in this.
