You may base your paper on reports from reputable news sources or on announcements or proposals from Congress or the Trump administration (see, for example, press releases and other announcements at www.whitehouse.gov orwww.hhs.gov) and pick one or two proposed changes to the Affordable Care Act or one or two provisions of the Act that the Administration or Congress has said it will not change.
Discuss the consequences of the proposed change (or decision not to change in the context of other changes). You have only 500 to 1500 words, so focus on a specific proposal. Papers that are merely pro- or anti-Trump screeds will not be accepted. The task here, as with the other papers, is to analyze a legal issue.
