Synthesize information and present in an easy to understand format.
1. Create do not copy existing materials. Never copy/ideas, materials without a citation.
2. The fact sheet should be on retirement and benefit.
3. Benefits are to the beneficiaries and not the program, in general.
4. When to quote? Practically never only when the quote is totally necessary in explaining the material and there is no way to
put it into your words.
5. When to cite? whenever you use someone else’s research or ideas.
