The Delivery Fact Sheet must include:

3. Work instructions for handling materials correctly and safely on site using appropriate equipment and safe work practices

4. Work instructions for storing materials in accordance with manufacturer specifications and in compliance with the relevant Australian standards

5. List of limitations and effects of transportation on materials and components

6. List of potentially damaging circumstances

7 List of possible defects, and how to identify them

8 Actions to be taken in the case of defects caused by incorrect installation, application or placement

9 List of recycling options for excess materials

10 The locations and other factors influencing how the material must be stored

Task 10.3 – Material Testing Plan & Results Report Sheet

Material testing plan must include:

1. Testing specification for the material

2 Expected results for compliant materials

3 Expected results for defective materials

4. Checklist for a visual defect check

5 List of external tests, if required

6 Actions to take on defective materials

Results Report Sheet must include:

1 Procedures for reporting test results

2 How results are recorded and stored

3 How/when reports are periodically evaluated
