Our country is at a defining moment and much debate in the country about building a wall. Recently the government was shutdown because funding was not provided in support of the president vision for a wall. The president has declared a national emergency and is diverting funds from the military to build the wall. Naturally, sixteen (16) states are challenging this national emergency in the court system.
