Please write a 6-8 page literature review on an aspect(s) of strategic human resource considerations as it relates to the development and/or utilization of a multicultural and multigenerational staff and workforce. If possible, you are encouraged to utilize your capstone research topic as a foundation to this literature review. Please review your proposed topic with the course instructor during Module 1.
Your paper should be based on the literature and use appropriate citations using APA style. In addition to the 6-8 pages of written text, each literature review shall include a cover page (see format in shared files), abstract, and reference list.
