Select a character from a movie (no B grade slasher/splatter films please). Then you are to write a case description of the character and provide a full (multiaxial) DSM-5 diagnosis. Not a movie review. Provide a diagnostic case study of the character.
Paper instructions:
A. Background information on the character — for example, age or approximate age, gender, marital & ethnic status, information on childhood, current employment (if available), etc.
B. Information regarding his/her current social functioning.
C. A complete DSM-5 diagnosis for the character, presented concisely.
D. A defense of your diagnosis — provide a good argument for the selected diagnosis(es) by citing specific behavioral examples/symptoms that coincide with DSM-5 criteria. You should also indicate how you ruled out other somewhat similar diagnoses.
