Hey everyone, this module is meant to focus on developing a balanced sense of wellness. The Wellness Wheel worksheet demonstrates how there are multiple facets to our lives. For this discussion, please share:
How have you been managing your wellness since starting college?
What do you do (or would you want to start doing) to minimize stress?

For full points, students will:

Write a detailed post, in paragraph form, including the above information

For this week’s post, please take some time to evaluate how you spend the majority of your time day to day, and be honest! Watch the video posted I know that I spend WAY more time than I should binging shows on Netflix. What are your strengths and/or weaknesses when it comes to managing your time? In other words, what do you know you already do well, or what do you know you need to work on in order to help yourself be successful?
Write a 4-6 sentence reflection on the content of the Tim Urban procrastination video (master procrastinator). Consider including a few quotes that really resonated with you! Additionally- take the learning styles assessment. Write one paragraph about your dominant learning style. How will you use this knowledge to change how you study? For full points, students will:
