Select two recent examples of new technology. What benefit does the new technology provide?

Are there any risks related to these new technologies?
If so, who is affected by these risks?
Can these risks be minimized? If so, how? If not, why not?
In general, do the benefits of new technology outweigh the risks?
Who should have the ultimate decision about whether the benefits of a new product outweigh the risks— Consumers? Government? Businesses? Explain your answer.
Are there ever ethical concerns related to the introduction of new technology?
If so, list an example and explain the concerns surrounding that technology or product. If not, list an example of a new technology and explain why there are no ethical issues surrounding that technology or product.
