What is your evaluation of Welch’s approach to leading change and how does this affect his successors?

The analysis of this case and written document should reflect an understanding of the critical issues of the case; integrate the material covered in the Sosick & Jung text 2010 (Full Range of Leadership Development, Chapter 5 – Intellectual Stimulation: The Rational Side of Transformational Leadership) and present concise and well reasoned justifications for the stance taken.
