Skill Discovery ? Write a 1500 word individual paper relating to your past experiences of two chosen management
skills. In your paper:
1. Identify the most commonly cited skills and competencies associated with successful managing and leading in organisations.
2. Nominate one skill to develop further which you believe is a ?strength?. This skill is likely to be a competency you are relatively good at, you are passionate about, and (hopefully) your organisation also values highly.
3. Nominate a second skill you believe would make a good ?complementary behaviour? (see further Zenger et al. (2017) to develop alongside your chosen strength. Working on a strength and complementary behavior is a little like cross-training in sports; it will help you to perform at a higher level.
