Privacy and security

1. Examine the constant conflict between privacy and security. What schemes are suitable for resolving this conflict? How does anonymity play into this conflict? Should we allow those who hide behind the proxy of multiple nodes to bring about social change by attacking others under the guise of anonymity? Is this civil disobedience or mob rule?
