Describe a theoretically based intervention that will target the health behavior of your choice within a specific target population. Your response should draw upon three unique constructs from each of three theories listed in the table above. Each theory/model must be drawn from a different level of influence, but the behavior you choose for this question should stay the same for all three constructs you identify. As such, your proposed intervention should apply a total of three separate constructs from three separate theories (a total of nine constructs). Your goal is to select empirically supported constructs across theories and levels of influence to create the most effective intervention possible.
