Of the generic skills, critical thinking skills are thought of as having a dual function and are often referred to as transferable skills.
In light of this, critically discuss the judgement of the House of Lords in the case of Donoghue v Stevenson.1 Evaluate why the case is important in the development of English law of negligence and relevant extensions made to the applicable legal principle in recent times.
