(i.e. role responsibility, demographics (dis) similiarity, schedule, etc.). What were the drawbacks of being in the “out group”? Did you attempt to negotiate access to the “in group” (if out) or invite those who were “out” into “in group” status? Why or why not? How does the LMX theory help to explain your experience?
