Job Aid

You have been assigned by the HR Director to create a job aid on teamwork.

Create a job aid that can be used to improve team performance within any organization.

Create a Power Point to discuss your job aid – Your power point should include an overview and a summary slide as well as the job aid. You also need to includes notes on your slides. Include in your power point presentation the following:

Assess how it will be deployed.
Determine what type of training methodology you will use.
Evaluate whether or not there is a change management component to its roll-out.
Analyze the type of training technology that will be utilized with your aid.
Summarize what employees will be able to do after they complete training.
