Design an application form for the job. Make sure there are no illegal questions. (10 pts)

Determine what testing or selection tools would be appropriate to use. List what the tools are and how they would be administered. (10 pts)

Do not use templates in Microsoft Word! Human resource professionals can tell when a resume is prepared in this manner. (10 pts)

Determine the type of interview that would be appropriate. Determine questions that would be appropriate and any benchmark answers. Also, determine any questions that you would like to see the interviewee ask. What would you be looking for as far as interviewing skills? (10 pts)

What training would be appropriate for the new employee? How would you as the HR Manager implement it? How would you determine if the training had been appropriate? (10 pts)

Set up an appraisal system for the new employee? How would you implement and perform the appraisal? How would you handle the appraisal if the subordinate had repeated arrived to work late? (10 pts)

Conduct salary survey for the position. What sources did you use, and what conclusions did you reach? What would you recommend that you pay for the job? (10 pts)

Develop a list of other benefits you believe appropriate for this position. (10 pts)
