Good to Great

Collins wrote in his book Good to Great [http://www.jimcollins.com/article_topics/articles/good-to-great.html], getting the “right people on the bus” is critical for organizational success. When we think of this concept, we often focus on the subordinate employees, however, getting the right leaders on board is just as critical. Linking this concept to this week’s question, how do leaders resolve their conflicting viewpoints when updating the strategic plan? How do you handle a rigid leader who is unwilling to see others’ viewpoints?
