Frankenstein Annotated For Scientists, Engineers, and Creators of All Kinds
In 500-600 words, discuss the Frankenstein reading. Consider ONE of the following topics in depth: 1. the Walton narrative — what purpose does it serve? What do we learn about Walton that is relevant to ideas of science and exploration in the novel? 2. Education: what do we learn about Walton’s education and about Victor’s? 3. Victor Frankenstein: the first two chapters begin to tell us who he is and why he will do what he does. What do you see in the first few chapters that foreshadows what we know is to come? Or that seems to contradict it?
