The Enterprise Growth Plan Project is the cornerstone of the course. It is designed to help you apply everything you will have learned by the end of the course.
Please use your own company as the basis for the project. The basic anatomy of the plan you are to develop is outlined in your syllabus.
Prepare an initial draft of your company analysis including such things as corporate culture, skills and resources, current growth strategies, performance (revenue, margins, profit) compared to the industry, overall, and key competitors.
