including the time factor. Literature Search Strategy Employed How did you find the literature your
used? Evaluation of the Literature Remember, no articles overfive years and make sure you are not
using primarily websites. You should be using at least 15 articles and eight or more (preferably all
15) will be from peer reviewed articles. Applicable Change or Nursing Theory Utilized For this. you
must give the name of the change or nursing theory and you must describe the theory and how it
applies to your project. Proposed Implementation Plan with Outcome Measures If you have tools that you included with your original project, review for accuracy and include in the appendices with
appropriate citations for the appendices within the body of the paper. Identification of Potential
Barriers to Plan Implementation, and a Discussion of How These Could Be Overcome This should be
very thorough and appropriately described. You should have a minimum of three barriers and how
