ACHIEVE Model Application (Chapter 4)
For this paper you are to identify a workplace performance problem you have witnessed and have direct knowledge about. Briefly give an
overview of the performance issue, then apply the ACHIEVE Model to the issue to assist in problem-solving. In other words, analyze the
performance issue in light of each area (ACHIEVE). Finally, after analyzing the seven areas of evaluation, determine the starting point(s) in
resolving the issue and improving performance and make a recommendation.
