Identify hardware and software used. It is a turnkey system?
Do users find the software easy to operate? What do users like and dislike?
Does the software have bugs or logic flaws? If so, describe the issues.
Does the software satisfy system requirements? Identify any system requirements that are not met.
How often is there computer downtime? What is the average time that the computer network is down? What are the causes of downtime?
Does the vendor or IT support department respond promptly when there is a problem? Is the support staff friendly?
Describe the overall satisfaction with the hospitality information system. Are there any capabilities/features that could be added to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness?
