In your daily life, you routinely encounter places of worship, symbols of faith, and religiously inspired actions, but these encounters are so common that we often do not even notice them. How many different religions did you observe? In many cases of migration, cultural traditions play a huge role in helping people adjust, including religion.
Do you believe maintaining cultural traditions helps migrants to better adjust to their new homes? Is this idea at odds with some proposed government policies that state immigrants should completely acclimate to the new country/culture? What sort of policies might be better suited to helping immigrants?
