For the second and third paragraph, identify two opposing views suggested by the article (the ACLU’s position and the opposing view), and give reasons that could be used to support each view. The ACLU, the American Civil Liberties Union, is an organization that supports civil liberties, including the right to free speech. They took on this case on behalf of the student, Bretton Barber.
