To prepare for your initial post, select the case opposite the first letter of your last name:

You can get the case from an online database for legal research (for example LexisAdvance) or from your state court’s website or other reputable Internet sites.
Read, analyze, and write up an issue in your chosen case using the 1+2+3 = Issue method. Make sure that you give the complete and correct citation to the case so that others can look up your case. Post your case with your write-up.
