  8. Provide the detailed steps of your evidence-based plan of care.

Construct a summary brief that provides colleagues with the information required above. In addition, post your summary brief to the Main Forum. You will evaluate your peers’ presentations and provide feedback according to directions from your instructor.

As the course progresses, you will combine each summary brief (incorporating the peer and instructor feedback you have received) along with the final summary brief into one composite document that you will submit in Topic 15.
