Post an example of a performance appraisal form. This may either be one that you can upload as an attachment to the discussion board or you may post a link to the document if you are using an example on the internet. Comment on the type of appraisal that you found…how would you describe it in terms of the types describe in our text? What do you see as the strengths and weakness of the document? In what type of work situation is this appraisal most appropriate? Provide examples.


2) Select either HRM Incident 1 “What a Change!” or Incident 2 “A Commitment to Safety?” at the end of Chapter 13. Indicate the name of the HRM Incident (either 1 or 2) at the top of your post and answer the two questions that follow the Incident you selected. Your post should be a minimum of 200-250 words and use terminology, ideas and concepts from Chapter 13. Your responses will be evaluated based on your ability to demonstrate the knowledge that you have learned in the chapters and to apply that knowledge in an analysis of the “Incident.”
