Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)

How has this religion grown into the religion it is today? The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) was discovered in the 19th century on the west coast of the United States, this religion was said to be formed because of the expansion of what the settlers’ called the “New Word” (Welsh, 23) . In the 19th century, the world was battling between religions’ a settler emerged name Barton Warren Stone he was said to have discovered this religion. The Disciples of Christ, were said to beleive they became whole in one god. The Disciples of Christ , were made to also believe they were a part of the body of Christ. The Disciples of Christ, said The Lord’s Table was an open invitation to God; all were welcomed. (about the church).
