a) Between 1990 and 2010, Nokia underwent a number of organizational change programs. Explain how Nokia’s organizational structure

has changed over time. What were arguments for and against the introduction of a matrix structure? To what extent have these

changes influenced the decline of Nokia?

When answering this question, the following should be noted:
