Are limitation-of-liability clauses ethical?
Every time you "agree to accept" a license on software or a website, rent a car, or ride on an airplane, you are acquiescing to accepting a limit to the liability or blame and accountability that can be placed on the company whose service or product you are using. Is this fair?
